Focus: Please convey the structure of the research proposal. What I need to evaluate the proposal is a motivated theme (e.g. actuality, etc.), a problem statement, and a hypothesis. If possible, a breakdown of the problem and hypothesis in different questions / goals, etc. But the main thing is the first three points: motivated theme; problem statement; a hypothesis. All follows from that.
