The PRTA has a few modest guest rooms available which can accommodate up to two or three persons each (single beds only, each room has a private bathroom). Here, the cost per night, per person is €15. However, due to limited availability these rooms will be booked out on a “first come—first served” basis. Delegates are encouraged to share a room in order to assist the organisers in their quest to offer more affordable accommodation to as many guests as possible. If a PRTA room is unavailable you will be contacted in good time and advised to make alternative arrangements.

Hotel Villa Classica is set in the historical centre of Pápa some 400 metres from the PRTA conference venue. It features a restaurant, a wellness area and a Safari-themed games room. The air-conditioned rooms come with a flat-screen TV.

Each unit provides a mini-bar, a sofa, an electric kettle, a bathroom with shower and a hairdryer.

Hotel Villa Classica has a terrace, a shared lounge and banquet facilities. The property offers free camera-controlled parking.

Located 1 km from Pápa centre and Esterházy Castle, Belvárosi Panzió Pápa offers free WiFi. Free parking spaces are available on site and a bus stop is 900 m away.

The restaurant also has a guest house, where guests who want to rest and relax can choose from six rooms. Each room is equipped with a double bed and an extra bed to ensure comfort. Each room boasts a bathtub or a shower cabin. Every room has a television and free Wi-Fi is available in the building. Guests have the opportunity to enjoy breakfast, which is prepared fresh on site.
